TRAVELLING FUNFAIRS in BULGARIA!
We spotted this small travelling funfairs with its many amusements in the small village of Kirkovo southern Bulgaria and close to the Greek and Turkish borders. The travelling funfair had been hired by the local town council to celebrate the opening of the new town square.
Later in the week we noticed a cow enjoying the facilities of the town square!

The travelling funfair was just arriving to set up for their big day at the Bulgarian village of Kirkovo Bulgaria, this lady was standing guard at her merry go round ride. The funfairs transport was parked in the narrow streets as we watched one of the funfair rides leaving in a huge puff of smoke!

The travelling funfair provided mainly rides for the kids, there was no big top and the funfair was only there for one day travelling on to another holiday destination in Bulgaria!

A couple of days after the funfair had left, we noticed a cow coming down the stairs of the new town square to enjoy cooling off in the water fountain! He looked a tad guilty as he had also left a cow pat for good measure!

Cows are free to roam wherever they wish to in Bulgaria as are the funfairs!

The park has been home to skaters to enjoy their sport, now this special park is about to be moved to another position in the park allowing more space for the skateboarders.
